You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to decide if it’s for you.
If you’d like to make a return, just reach out to us at customerservice@eightphasesstudio.com with your order number, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Shipping

We offer free return shipping, always.
Once your item makes its way back to us, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Restocking Fee

There’s no restocking fee, we don’t believe in penalizing you for changing your mind.
